We were wanting to add an additional upstairs bathroom, we would have had at least six other companies look at it, however as it required a council consent, none were willing to help and said there were to many hoops to jump though when dealing with the council.
We were recommended to try Coasties Plumbing via a friend of a friend, we contacted Louis who was more that happy to help us get our consent issued.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Louis over the approximate week or so that he worked on our house, I found him really easy to relate to and could have a laugh, his workmanship was top notch, great communication and always arrived on time.
Louis completed a tricky new bathroom installation, new laundry sink, upgraded our under house waste system, plus a few other smaller plumbing tasks.
I would definitely recommend Coasties Plumbing and will be getting them back to do our main bathroom renovation shortly. Thanks Louis, awesome work!

Our gas califont was failing. Louis turned up within 30mins of our call. He didn't charge for his assessment of the unit and managed to make a repair to the filter and test working ok but needs replacing.
He left and then went the extra mile to let us know he was working on a job where a 2nd hand califont may be available and would we like it so we can get a few more years out of it and avoid full replacement.
We are very grateful for Louis' response, generosity just plain good service to us as a Gas Plumber. Highly recommend!!
